The Saint Francis de Sales School
Library currently holds over 6,000 items in its
automated catalog and circulation system. We also
have an extensive selection of Accelerated Reader
books. Multimedia resources available in the library
include: individual computer stations for research,
a DVD/VCR system and a large, flat screen
television.
There are many ways for parents to
become involved and support the library during the
school year. Opportunities vary from volunteering at
the annual Book Fair, to joining the Parent/Child
Book Club, to reading stories to the younger
students in the "Reader's Theater". The library is
staffed with a full-time librarian and is open
during recess, lunch and most days after school.
