General Information

Admission Policy:

•  St. Francis de Sales requires that kindergarten applicants be five years old on or before September 1st.

•  First consideration for admission is given to St. Francis de Sales parishioners. We accept those who share our philosophy to educate the heart as well as the mind in a values-based Catholic environment.

•  The basic purpose of St. Francis de Sales School is to ensure Catholic truths and values are fully integrated with the student’s life and academic program.

•  Students should not apply unless they desire and intend to participate fully in the religious programs of the school.

•  Admission to SFDS is based on the results of an entrance exam (grades 1-8) or readiness assessment interview (kindergarten), report cards and teacher recommendations.
